Inside, you'll find this pendant next to one of the 17 Smuggler Note As you swim through the flooded subway, you'll come to a ladder on a higher ledge. Directly across from this is a lower ledge near Ellie you can climb on to. This artifact lies next to corpse on that Pendant 7 Immediately beyond the previous artifact is a spot where you can dive. Do so to find a flooded office. You'll also find a pendant on the shelves Town - The Woods Artifact 18 Pills Note Next to the gate you boost Ellie over is a red brick building. Enter it and head upstairs to find a small office. On the other side of the desk, you'll find this on the 19 Note to Bob As you head down the street past the evacuation notices, make your way to the barricade at the end. Climb to its roof to find a pendant up 20 Perimeter Note Near where you encounter Bill's wire traps is the Marquis Music Store. Enter this house and head upstairs to the living room. This rests atop 23 Fences Note Then turn around and enter the small back room to find this next artifact atop a small Manual 1 Shiv Sharpening Before leaving the first floor, check the bar to find your first 24 Hunters Note Make a right at the top of the stairs to enter a kitchen. You'll find this on a small table Pendant 9 As soon as you exit the safehouse, make a right and head to the end of the street. Look up to spot a pendant dangling from a streetlight. Shoot it down to put it into grabbing 25 Bombs Note When heading through the top floor of the church, take right before the exit window to enter Bills' room. On his desk is another Town - Graveyard Firefly Pendant 10 After sneaking through the church garden, you'll move through some backyards. Make your way up the hill to the large green house and enter. Check in the booth here for a well hidden 33 Traitors Flyer After moving through the turnstile, there will be a large covered area in front of you. Head toward it and turn around to find this plastered to the Pendant 11 On the far end of the large bookstore is an alley. Head down it to find a pendant behind an overturned 34 Abandon Zone Note On the opposite side of the bookstore is another alley. Head down it, enter the building, and make a right. Mantle the first ledge and turn left to find this item sitting on a 35 Applicant Checklist Before heading to the top floor of the bookstore, head to the front of the store and check behind the staircase there. You'll find another artifact 36 Lost Areas Map Use the staircase near the centre of the store to reach the top floor of the building, and make a left. In this corner is a locked door you can open with a shiv. Do so to find lots of supplies and this 37 Mother's Letter Proceed until a short cut scene with hunters taking a plank occurs. Make an immediate left to spot a door marked with a red "X." Use a shiv to open this door, and you'll find an artifact atop a chair directly 38 Stash Note When you swim through the green muck to help Ellie reach the plank, hang left toward this submerge storage unit. Swim through it you'll have to eventually to enter a flooded a building with a staircase in the rear. Head up, and follow the room as it wraps around to find an artifact sitting on a - Hotel Lobby Artifact 39 Note to Staff After using the ladder to bypass the broken staircase, turn right. You can shimmy along the edges here to reach an open suitcase in front of some double doors. This note lies inside that Manual 3 Shiv Reinforcement With the Note to Staff in hand, you can open the safe in the lobby. Drop to the ground floor and look behind the check in desk for said safe. Another manual lies 40 Hotel Keycard You'll find this in the area where you fight the Bloater. After taking out all the infected, head to the upper floor via the stairwell. Follow the rooms as they wrap around to the right to find a security room. In here, this artifact rests next to a stack of televisions. This unlocks your exit door, so you'll need to obtain it anyway.Comic 3 Accretion Once Ellie saves you, climb the ladder and enter the next room. Exit via the left door to spot a bar across a gap. You can shimmy over there, where you'll find another comic atop a Pendant 12 Soon after, you'll drop down to a lower floor. As you turn down the hallway, there will be two restroom entrances on your left. Enter the second and head to the corner stall to find this on the ground near the Manual 4 Melee Knots Just past the elevators on the same side of the hallway is a desk with a red chair. This manual sits on that - Financial District Artifact 41 Fireflies Note Battle your way through the plaza where Joel gives Ellie the rifle, and head forward. On the right will be a building labelled Don Fiocchi Subs. Enter and head to the back room with the blood smear to find this item on the 42 Final Attack Note After ascending the staircase and taking out the two patrolling hunters, take a right before dropping to street level. In this small office room, an artifact lies beneath a 43 Mob Attack Note As you come around a corner street, there will be enemies on a ledge of the Delta Direct building. Head inside that building via the doorway under the sign and take the stairs. Once on the top floor, check behind the large desk for a hidden 44 Truck Note Before leaving the area, you'll pass by the Ration Depot. Enter and move straight ahead past the first desk to find an artifact sitting atop a second desk.

This thing is pretty similar to a Bloater-it'll charge you and kill you if it can grab hold of you, and it'll barrel through walls to come after you. It can also throw explosive objects at you, so you'll need to be careful, but the creature's biggest danger is that it'll keep coming for area where the fight takes place is the real enemy here, because it's easy to get boxed into a corner, lose track of where you are, and get run down and murdered. It's dark and murky throughout, making it tough to spot doors, ledges, holes, and windows you can move through, but playing keep-away from the boss is essential. This thing will take a ton of punishment to bring down, so your most important goal is to keep your distance so you can protect yourself, do some damage, and craft items you need whenever the best way to deal with the boss is to find a spot where there's a central pillar or object you can move around, forcing the boss to circle with you. You might not do a lot of damage during these portions, but you'll be able to stay out of danger and plot your next move. It'll take a lot of damage to kill the boss, so focus on staying alive and managing space first and foremost; you're not going to bring it down by shooting it a bunch before it gets to for high-damage weapons for this fight pipe bombs, your shotgun and its incendiary rounds, and the Hunting Pistol are all good bets, while you can save your other weapons for when ammo is low. The Flamethrower works too, but its shorter range means you'll need to let the boss get close before you use it, and it won't slow him down any. You'll find lots of gear scattered around the area if you need it, but since it'll often push you into corners, make sure you have lots of room to maneuver before going for enough damage and a smaller Stalker boss will peel off from the larger creature, forcing you to fight two creatures at once. Keep an eye out for this guy but don't worry about doing a ton of damage to him-if you hurt the large boss enough, you'll win this portion of the fight. Shoot the Stalker when it comes after you to force it to leave, but watch out that it doesn't tangle you up and make you vulnerable to being one-shotted by the larger boss. Keeping shivs on-hand will make getting away running and dealing damage until the big boss finally goes down. The Stalker will have escaped, forcing you to find and kill it in the next area of the hospital, the morgue. Though the Stalker is dangerous, it's not nearly as deadly as the big boss, and your experience fighting other versions of this enemy will come into play here. Use the strongest guns you have left to wallop it, and if you need to, try to get away so you can go into stealth and resume the fight on your terms. When the battle is over, you'll be able to exit into the parking garage.
